Gender Affirming Care Clinic
Individuals aged 16+ can request to be referred to the GAC Clinic by their Primary Care Provider, or they can self-refer by calling 902-288-1850, or emailing gac@ihis.org
The GAC Clinic is held twice a month at the Sherwood Medical Centre, 2nd floor, 15 Brackley Point Rd., Charlottetown.

If you are getting gender affirming surgery in Montreal, and require peers support while recovering, ASTT(e)Q - CACTUS Montréal, offers volunteer assistance. Reach out to Julien at astteqcoordination@cactusmontreal.org as soon as you get your surgery date.
