Join the Transplants & Blooms Garden Club as we learn how to make Kombucha!

Kombucha is a fizzy, fermented tea made by brewing sweet black or green tea with a living culture of bacteria and yeast known as a SCOBY. During the fermentation process, microorganisms consume the sugar, producing natural carbonation, organic acids, and probiotics.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTE: The St. Paul's kitchen space is on the second floor with approximately 8 stairs to reach the kitchen.
